If you’re unsure how to get fit, or trying again, get started here. Working with a fully qualified coach, find out what you enjoy, and learn the basics from scratch. Build your confidence from there.
Whether block booking or PAYG, you can schedule sessions as you go, to avoid clashes and missed sessions. If it’s easier, have the same time each week. Whichever works best for your lifestyle.
Goldfinch will bring the equipment to you at home, or in a location of your choice, so all you have to do is put your kit on, fill your water bottle, and grab a towel. Your trainer will take care of the rest.
